TLE® is currently backed by Golden Gate Capital (“GGC”), a $15 billion-dollar private equity firm based in San Francisco, California (www.goldengatecap.com), that is majority owner of The Learning Experience. Currently, there are over 270 TLE early education centers in operation.

The Primrose Schools – Primrose Schools is a privately held company currently backed by Roark Capital Group, a $13 billion dollar private equity firm based in Atlanta, Georgia (www.roarkcapital.com). Primrose Schools currently rank #1 for childcare on Entrepreneur’s list of top 500 franchises in 2019 and one of the top 5 of franchise concepts by Forbes in 2019. Currently, there are over 400 Primrose Schools in operation.
