Warhorse Venture Partners was founded by Wm. Eric Kaehr in 2017 to actively identify and development private real estate investments with unique return characteristics. With a focus on mitigating the risk of capital for investors, Mr. Kaehr and Warhorse see potential in real estate product types and markets where others might not, and act swiftly to capture opportunity and unlock hidden value.

Warhorse Venture Partners is a full-service real estate development company that pursues real estate projects that beautify and effectively serve the surrounding communities where the developments reside. Mr. Kaehr and the Warhorse Advisory Board have collectively invested and developed over $500 million in committed capital in various real estate product types during multiple real estate market cycles for both institutions, family offices and private investors.

Mr. Kaehr, his wife Julia and their two children live and work in Franklin, TN and are Midwest/Southeast natives. Mr. Kaehr earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management through a dual degree program in Business and Financial Management & Planning. Mr. Kaehr spent 10 years of his career in the Global Family Office of Northern Trust Asset Management before forming Warhorse Venture Partners, where he managed private asset portfolios for large family offices which included $4 Billion in real estate assets.
Daniel P. Quering
Daniel is the Vice President of Construction & Lead Project Manager for Warhorse Venture Partners and brings over 15 years of Project Management and Executive experience to the company. Daniel has comprehensive knowledge in general construction specifically infrastructure and site preparation along with project management, finance and business operations. He is responsible for overseeing all secondary market projects and coordinating construction budgets, timelines and working directly with Warhorse’s Owner Representatives and design partners.
